1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.tayrol.wearenotlive.com (the “Site”) and any enquiry, quote request, order, or trading relationship you enter into with Tayrol Ltd (“Tayrol”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at Unit Y12, Elvington Industrial Estate, York Road, Elvington, York YO41 4AR, United Kingdom. By accessing the Site or submitting an enquiry or order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Trade-Only Business
Tayrol operates on a trade-only basis. Our products and services are intended solely for resellers, distributors, EPOS system providers, and other business customers, and are not offered for sale to individual consumers for personal use. By submitting an enquiry or order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, including requesting quotes, browsing our product range, and contacting our sales team. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material, attempting unauthorised access, or using automated means to extract content without our permission.
4. Products
We manufacture and supply thermal paper rolls, bond rolls, speciality rolls, linerless rolls, tachograph rolls, and related POS products. Product descriptions, specifications, and images on the Site are provided for general guidance. We reserve the right to amend specifications, and bespoke specifications are subject to separate agreement between the parties.
5. Quotes and Orders
Prices quoted are valid for the period stated in the individual quotation and are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges unless stated otherwise. Submitting an enquiry or quote request through the Site does not constitute a binding order. An order is only accepted once confirmed in writing by Tayrol, at which point a binding contract is formed on these Terms and any separately agreed commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, minimum order quantities, call-off/stock-holding arrangements).
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver in line with the timescales communicated at the point of order, including next-day delivery on standard in-stock specifications where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed; Tayrol is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where Tayrol provides a drop-ship service on your behalf, you are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details for your end customers.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be agreed individually with each trade customer and confirmed in writing (e.g. on order confirmations or account agreements). Tayrol reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Returns, Faults and Warranty
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us promptly at sales@tayrol.co.uk or 01904 608902 so we can resolve the issue. Except as set out in a separately agreed commercial contract, our liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the affected goods at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Tayrol and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary for normal browsing and business enquiries.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law. Subject to this, Tayrol shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of the Site or any order, and our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
